In knowing how to conceive, we empower ourselves with the knowledge of how to prevent it.
Our menstrual cycles are a clear indicator of our health. We’ll go over the nuts and bolts of the uterine cycle, learn the essential fertility signs to track, and plants to support overall health for both conception and protection. We’ll also discuss ways to protect your fertility, both for possible future conception and overall health. Whether you are trying to conceive, trying to not conceive, or curious what your options are once you have conceived, you are welcome. Come with your nuanced questions to this safe, private space for speaking about that which affects us most: our own fertility. All gender identities will be welcome and respected, as well as teens. Part of the beauty of this format is that it opens us to conversations across the board in relationship to fertility, making room for all the complexity and nuance we encounter when dealing with our own.
We’ll discuss specifically:
prevention of untimed pregnancy
fertility awareness practices, including plant allies for a healthy cycle
signs of health or imbalance in relationship to our cycle
herbs to stop conception and how to cultivate them yourself
Cost: sliding scale $50 / $35 / $5-scholarship
