This class will focus on Dao Yin and BaguaZhang practice sets. No experience necessary.
I weave into the physical practice the Daoist cosmology, my work as an herbalist, and my practice as a dancer. If you are dealing with a particular ailment/imbalance, we can address it in class. If you are in need of remembering you belong right here on this planet at this time, this is a great place to find that. We practice to shake off the morbidity of these times and rise to meet our life, breath by breath.
