Samhain, in the pagan calendar, marks the beginning of winter, and represents a time of thinning veils and opening into our collective dream space. Dia De Los Muertos follows close behind with an emphasis on honoring loss, ancestry, and being with grief and gratitude equally. And then there’s this election, and the support we all may need during a potentially chaotic week!

During this series, we will dive deep into the Tslagi dance of life (also called ‘Wing’) and the innate support present from the 7 directions at all times. This practice comes from the Cherokee Nation, and with honor and respect we will offer our gratitude through the indigenous wisdom of this continent as we move into Winter, welcoming whatever comes during this potent, transformational time on the planet, with lightness and breath.
