Prepare your body for winter with chi gong!

Learn a set series of movements to improve immune function, fortify the kidneys, and clear out the lungs as we enter the winter season. We’ll delve into the magic of slow, meditative movement as a catalyst for transformation and presence. You will walk away energized, awake, and strong, with a solid form to practice. No experience necessary; chi gong is a safe, effective practice for all bodies.
